Cassidy and Eddie’s wedding on a family farm near Acme, Alberta was the kind of celebration that feels instantly timeless. Held at Cassidy’s grandma’s farm, the entire day carried the warmth, familiarity, and quiet beauty that only a small-town Alberta wedding can offer.

One of the first things you noticed upon arriving was the flowers. Cassidy’s grandma is known for her gardens, and they were absolutely spectacular—vibrant blooms overflowing in every direction, winding through pathways and framing the ceremony space naturally. Their ceremony took place right in the heart of that garden, surrounded by colour and the comforting presence of home. It was the perfect setting for a couple who wanted their wedding to feel personal and deeply connected to family.

For this wedding, I provided a second shooter, which allowed us to capture the day from multiple perspectives—beautiful wide shots of the farm, intimate garden details, and candid moments that unfolded quietly between Cassidy and Eddie. We made sure to take advantage of the canola fields surrounding the farm, which were in peak bloom. The bright yellow against the prairie sky created some of the most striking images of their wedding.
